Strickland Announces New Leadership Appointments

 Strickland Cos. recently announced new leadership appointments during its end-of-year company meeting. Effective immediately, B.T. Tynes will serve as CEO, Beau Tynes is being promoted to president and Forsyth Cheek is being promoted to vice president. With this appointment, Beau becomes only the fifth president in Strickland’s nearly 100-year history. Based in Birmingham, the company has additional offices in Mobile; Huntsville; Montgomery; and Jackson, Mississippi. Strickland began delivering paper to businesses in Alabama in 1928 and has grown to cater to a diverse range of needs including paper, packaging, office supplies, janitorial supplies and office furniture.
