68 Ventures Announces Britt As EVP

68 Ventures of Daphne announced that Wesley Britt has joined the company as executive vice president (EVP) and a member of its executive leadership team. In this role, Britt will work alongside Founder and Chairman Nathan Cox, President Adam Campbell, CEO Drew Dolan and the broader leadership team to advance the continued growth of 68 Ventures and expand its impact across the Southeast. His responsibilities will include business development, strategic partnerships, acquisition sourcing, economic development initiatives and other growth opportunities across the company’s real estate, operating company and investment platforms. Britt joins 68 Ventures following a career spanning professional sports, economic development, government affairs and corporate leadership. Most recently, he served as a partner at Fine Geddie, one of Alabama’s leading governmental affairs firms, where he advised businesses, organizations and community leaders throughout the state. Prior to joining Fine Geddie, Britt spent more than a decade with Alabama Power Co. in leadership roles focused on economic development, community affairs, innovation, workforce development and strategic initiatives. A former All-American offensive lineman at the University of Alabama and an NFL veteran with the New England Patriots, Britt has developed relationships across the business, governmental, economic development and civic communities.
