68 Ventures Announces Charitable Giving Campaign

68 Ventures is continuing the title sponsor tradition of charitable giving within the local community through a partnership with Mobile’s annual bowl game, now named the 68 Ventures Bowl. 68 Ventures has donated $40,000 to three local veterans’ groups and one Baldwin County arts program. Each of the following organizations received a $10,000 donation: the Veterans Recovery Group, USS ALABAMA Battleship Foundation, Equine Veterans Group and Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre. Varying from previous Mobile bowl game sponsors, which focused on reading and writing, literacy groups and small businesses in their donations, the 68 Ventures Bowl aims to showcase Mobile, while advancing tourism and providing educational and athletic opportunities to its youth. The 25th annual 68 Ventures Bowl will be played on December 23 at 6 p.m. at Hancock Whitney Stadium.
