68 Ventures Closes On North Carolina Development

68 Ventures of Daphne has announced the closing of Lyndon Oaks, a 483-lot development in Raleigh, North Carolina, for D.R. Horton. The acquisition enhances 68 Ventures’s geographic footprint to four states: Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and North Carolina. As the land developer, the company will provide finished lots to D.R. Horton across five phases. D.R. Horton has produced more homes annually than any other builder in America for 24 straight years. 68 Ventures has delivered more than 13,000 lots and currently has 12,000 lots actively under development and in its backlog.
