Anton Street Property Sold

Brett West of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. represented both the buyer (a private investor) and the seller (H H Jordan Construction Co., Inc.) in the purchase of 3221 Anton Street in Mobile for $300,000. The 4.5-acre property is slated for development into a warehouse for a national company that is relocating.
