Association Merger in The Making

The Mobile Area Association of Realtors and Baldwin Realtors have announced they are undergoing a joint resolution to enter a due-diligence phase for a merger that would combine the two associations and multiple listing services. While not all the specifics are finalized, and votes must still be taken after the final plan is created, a task force is working on details for finalization in or around this fall. A new website was also created for the coupling.
