An office building and six-unit strip office complex at 411-413, 449 Azalea Road in Mobile was recently sold to 3030 Knollwood, LLC, for $630,000, according to a press release from Berkshire Hathaway Inc. David Cooper of Berkshire Hathaway’s commercial division represented the seller, and Bowdoin Atchison of eXp Realty, LLC’s southern branch represented the buyer.
