Baldwin County November Housing Report Released

Baldwin REALTORS released the November 2020 Housing Report earlier this week. According to the organization’s Multiple Listing Service statistics, both new inventory and total sales increased for Baldwin County, and there was a 13.4% increase in new inventory compared to November 2019. Together, the “Traditional Residential” and “Resort” categories saw a 10.5% increase. Moreover, the former saw encouraging trends in all reported categories. Properties spent an average of 59 days on market, 11 days fewer than the year prior. “Traditional Residential” new inventory also increased by 17.2%. In the “Resort,” listings spent less time on the market at an average of 71 days, compared to 90 days in November 2019. Here, new inventory increased by 4.8%.
