Baldwin County October Housing Report Released

According to Baldwin REALTORS’ Baldwin County’s October 2020 Housing Report, all areas of Baldwin County experienced a positive month for real estate, based on Baldwin REALTORS’ Multiple Listing Service statistics. The stats show significant year-over-year total sales revenue for both the “Resort” and “Traditional Residential” areas of the county. “Resort” saw almost a $20-million increase, and “Traditional Residential” had a year-over-year increase exceeding $53 million. “Resort” reported encouraging trends in the areas of average sales price, total properties sold and average days on market. The only lacking statistic for this area was the number of new inventory, which decreased by 23% in year-over- year comparison. “Traditional Residential” had positive reporting across the board.
