Baldwin Realtors Foundation Introduces First-Time Homebuyer Grant

 The Baldwin REALTORS Foundation has announced the launch of a new grant program designed to assist first-time homebuyers in Baldwin County. The foundation says the initiative underscores its mission to promote safe and healthy living environments for families in Baldwin County through housing-related grants and financial assistance in times of need. The Baldwin First Home Grant offers $1,000 to first-time homebuyers and an increased grant amount of $1,500 for buyers with a military affiliation. To qualify for this grant, applicants must complete a first-time homebuyer training course before closing on their home.
