Baldwin REALTORS Promotes Woodham

Baldwin REALTORS has announced the promotion of Allison Woodham to director of programs and engagement, as well as her recent achievement of the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the CAE Commission of the American Society of Association Executives—the highest professional designation in the association industry. Baldwin REALTORS says Woodham has been with it since 2017 and played a vital role in advancing its professional development, affiliate engagement, broker involvement and diversity and attainable housing initiatives. She will continue supervising the marketing and communications coordinator and leading strategic program growth across the organization. Earning the CAE credential is a significant milestone in Woodham’s career. She now joins a group of just over 4,500 association leaders—less than 5% of professionals in the association industry—worldwide who hold the designation. She is the only REALTOR association staff member in Alabama to hold both the CAE and REALTOR Certified Executive designations.
