Baldwin Realtors Releases February Report

The Baldwin REALTORS Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reported February year-over-year increases in properties sold, average sales price and new listings for both the “Resort” and “Traditional Residential” areas of Baldwin County. Total sales volume for the county increased by 44.4% from $165,108,215 in February 2020 to $238,453,533 last month. A total of 444 “Traditional Residential” properties sold last month, compared to 356 in February 2020. The average sales price increased from February 2020 by 11% to $295,998. The “Resort” area saw significantly positive trends: 211 properties sold, compared to 165 in February 2020 – a 27.9% increase – and average sales price remains high at $507,252.
