Baldwin REALTORS To Host Free Homeownership Fair In November

Baldwin REALTORS has announced its upcoming Homeownership Fair, “Your Path to Homeownership,” taking place on November 1 at 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Foley Civic Center. This free, public event aims to empower aspiring and current homeowners with knowledge, resources and connections. Lunch will be provided. The fair will feature a variety of informative sessions and resources, including “Your Path to Credit Repair” designed to help attendees understand, rebuild and maintain strong credit; “What to Expect at Your Closing,” guidance on the final steps of the homebuying process; and “Resources for Homebuyers and Sellers,” local tools and support for every step of the real estate journey. There will also be Spanish-language resources and home purchasing assistance programs focusing on Baldwin County.
