Bellator Real Estate Names Childress As Fairhope Managing Broker

Bellator Real Estate has announced the appointment of Kristina Childress as managing broker of its Fairhope office, The Business View reports. Bellator said that, with more than 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, Childress brings proven leadership, deep market knowledge and a strong commitment to excellence to her new role. Childress began her real estate career in 2012 as a broker’s assistant, where she quickly developed a passion for the home buying and selling process. She earned her real estate license in 2015, followed by her associate broker’s license, further strengthening her expertise and leadership within the industry. Bellator Real Estate is a leading real estate brokerage serving Alabama’s Gulf Coast with five offices across Mobile and Baldwin counties.
