Bellingrath Road Industrial Property Sold

A local family investment group has sold 130 acres on Bellingrath Road, adjacent to the Alabama State Port Authority, for $1.35 million. The group has owned the land for 50-plus years. The purchaser is an out-of-state industrial developer with maritime interests. The seller was represented by John Peebles and William Peebles of City Management Co., and the purchaser was represented by Doug Adams with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Cooper & Co.
