Changes Coming To Johnny’s RV Resort

Forrest Street Partners recently announced its acquisition of Johnny’s RV Resort in Theodore and now owns two RV parks in Alabama. The RV resort has 165 sites and seven cabins, and the boutique real estate firm plans to invest in the park by adding five more cabins and 15 additional RV sites. Construction has already begun on the new cabins. Plans also call for a new bathhouse, entrance and exit gates, updated Wi-Fi and security systems, and a new name and brand. Johnny’s RV Resort caters mainly to temporary and long-term campers who work locally. Forrest Street also owns Bay Palms RV Resort, which serves seasonal visitors to Dauphin Island.
