Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty in Gulf Shores recently announced it is expanding in Baldwin County. The new Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty office is located at 7817 Spanish Fort Boulevard in Spanish Fort. This is the fourth expansion by Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty since joining the Coldwell Banker system in 2019. Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty has four offices in Baldwin County and approximately 60 sales professionals serving home buyers and sellers. Gulf Shores Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty has been an affiliate of the Coldwell Banker System for seven years. Each office is independently owned and operated.
