Commercial Space Coming To St. Louis Street In Mobile

Herrington Realty represented the buyer of 300 St. Louis Street in Downtown Mobile, which is a vacant parcel next door to Greer’s Grocery. The developer has plans to build Columbia Landing, a 52-unit five-story apartment complex, at the location. The first floor is to begin pre-leasing on 7,500 ft² of commercial space soon. Colby Herrington and Parker Herrington will lead the leasing for these spaces, which include retail and restaurant space.
