Dauphin Street Office Space Purchased By Architecture Firm

Ward Scott Morris Architecture has purchased 3,000 ft² of office space at 320 Dauphin Street in Downtown Mobile for $550,000, according to Josh W. Hall of CRE Mobile, who represented the landlord. Ward Scott Morris Architecture works on a variety of projects including healthcare, educational financial and commercial facilities. It is to use the space for its local office, which will be its third after locations in Huntsville and Tuscaloosa.
