MOBILE, Ala. — Local investors purchased a 2,200-ft2 condominium unit in Dauphin Center Office Plaza at 2864 Dauphin Street in Mobile. Dauphin Center Office Plaza is a three-building office plaza located between Premier Medical and Spire Energy. Other businesses in the plaza include Brownell Travel, Elcan and Associates, McFadden Engineering, Dr. Charles Dyas (Bay Area Plastic Surgery Associates), and BBW Beauty, Body and Wellness Spa. The unit sold is leased to Lindamood-Bell Learning Center, which will continue its operations at the location. The buyer’s agent was Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc., and the seller’s agent was Marietta Urquhart of White-Spunner Realty, Inc.
