In Daphne, Relevant Industrial has leased a 6,000-ft2 warehouse at 7951 American Way, according to Jay O’Brien of Stirling Properties, who handled the transaction. Live Oak Village owners plan to revise their master plan to add 93 townhomes, 32 apartment units and 52 onsite climate-controlled storage units, according to the Foley Planning Commission. Live Oak Village at 300 Village Square Boulevard is an active community for adults 55 years old and older that also has an associated assisted-living facility.
