According to AL.com, there’s a new home for the corporate office of Gulf Coast restaurants affiliated with chef “Panini” Pete Blohme. Big Boy Properties purchased a 5,000-ft2 building at 114408 Highway 31 in Spanish Fort and plans to use it as a corporate office for Blohme’s PP Hospitality Group, according to Leigh Rendfrey of CRE Mobile, who represented the buyer. Will Speir of Tutt Land Co. worked for the seller. In Bayou La Batre, an investor paid $1.55 million for the Master Marine industrial facility on 9.7 acres at 14284 Shell Belt Road, according to Cameron Weavil of The Weavil Co., who represented the seller. Marc Estes worked for the buyer. In Foley, Calm Waters Pool Services has leased 1,500 ft2 of office and warehouse space at 15333 Highway 59, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord. In Gulf Shores, South Baldwin Christian Academy plans to add a 7,540-ft2 building to its campus at 6900 Highway 59, according to planning records. The new building will house seven classrooms and a laboratory, more parking and a new grass field. In Orange Beach, watch for Emerald Coast Carpet Cleaning to construct a 3,600-ft2 building for its office at 4395 Canal Square Lane.
