Downtown Mobile Events Venue To Become Office Space

MOBILE, Ala. — A former eatery and events venue at 751 Dauphin Street in Downtown Mobile is being converted into single-tenant office space, according to Downtown Mobile Today. The building and property were sold by 751 Dauphin Street LLC to 751 Capital Partners LLC for $1,425,000 on May 24, and the renovation project is estimated to cost more than $200,000. According to records, the building will undergo “partial interior renovations to convert an existing restaurant to a single-tenant office space,” including demolition of the kitchen and bar. The location was formerly Gus’s Restaurant and Courtyard, the Azalea Manor Restaurant and Courtyard and The Courtyard Manor.
