According to AL.com, Collins Aerospace has received site plan review approval to build a 95,000-ft2 addition to the west end of the existing building at 1300 West Fern Avenue in Foley, according to city planning. The site is 80 acres. Also, a local developer has received site plan review approval to construct Creekside International Speedway featuring a go-kart track, batting cages and bumper cars, at 20750 Miflin Road, according to city planning. The project is just west of Creekside Mini Golf. Brent Cumbest of Milling Commercial Realty worked for the landlord. Watch for Pepper Palace to open in leased space at the Tanger Outlets off Highway 59. Baumhower’s Victory Grille is also planned to open soon in the outlet near the Nike Factory Store.
