Handmacher of Zarzour Cos. represented the buyer. This 47,520-ft2 shopping center sits on 4.57 acres and is strategically located along Gulf Shores Parkway (Highway 59), a primary route from I-65 and I-10 to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Tenants include the recently remodeled Publix, AutoZone, Resale Heaven, Gulf Shores Methodist Church and Nail Boutique & Spa. The center offers 301 redesigned off-street parking spaces along with nine bicycle parking spaces installed by Publix.
