Herrington Realty announced the sale of a fully leased triple net industrial flex building in Theodore. Colby Herrington represented the 1031 buyer (a real estate investor selling an investment property and using the proceeds to purchase a new “like-kind” property) in this transaction that led to the closing of a Comfort Systems USA triple net lease of 8,000 ft² and ±1 acre laydown yard.
