AL.com reports that Route 420 Dispensary has leased 2,078 ft2 at 7850 Airport Boulevard in Mobile, according to Chris Harle and Leigh Dale Younce of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord. In Loxley, an out-of-town investor paid $420,000 for a 79-unit non-climate-controlled storage facility on 2.1 acres at 2078 East Union Avenue, according to Andrew Chason of Marcus & Millichap in Fairhope, who handled both sides of the transaction. In Orange Beach, two new businesses have opened at The Wharf. They are The Party House, a modern party supply store and balloon bar, and Lux Nail Spa. In Foley, CandieLand Storage plans to add several more storage buildings on 5.2 acres on Baldwin County 12 just east of Norris Lane, according to county planners. In Fairhope, carpet-cleaning company Floor Medic is looking to build a 5,000-ft2 facility on 4.6 acres on County Road 13 just north of Fairhope Avenue, according to Baldwin County planning.
