John Vallas of Vallas Realty worked for ClaimPay. The company helps medical practices and practitioners ensure that they are paid on time, while adhering to laws and guidelines in the revenue-generation process. In Theodore, Two-Four Sports, a local sporting goods company, has leased 1,000 ft2 at 5647 Highway 90, according to Dobbson Vickers of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord. In Orange Beach, local developers are seeking to rezone 3.7 acres at the southwest corner of Canal Road and Captain Trent Lane from marine resort to planned unit development for a 34-lot single-family subdivision, according to city planning.
