Kaiser Offices To Move To Gulf Shores Business District

Kaiser Sotheby’s International Realty and Kaiser Vacation Rentals, known for Gulf Shores/Orange Beach real estate sales and rentals over its 40 years of operation, recently announced its relocation to 2001 West First Street in Gulf Shores. Leonard Kaiser, founder and owner of the real estate sales/vacation rental businesses and the Kaiser Building on Highway 59, announced that Wealth Hospitality Inc., a resort lodging development group, has purchased the Kaiser Building with plans to introduce a small upscale boutique hotel. Kaiser will be operational in its new office in the heart of the Gulf Shores Business District next month.
