Thomas Co., Inc. represented the landlord (Ranger Properties, LLC) in the leasing of a 4,636-ft2 property with a showroom, office and warehouse to National Coatings & Supplies (NCS) | Single Source Inc. (SSI) at 732 Lakeside Drive in Mobile. Thomas Kennna of Avison Young represented the tenant. NCS was founded in 2006 by O. Temple Sloan, Jr. and a group of experienced leaders. What began with 17 stores has grown into a national network. NCS’s merger with SSI in 2016 and the addition of a 200th store in 2024 are key milestones for, NCS | SSI, which now operates in 43 states and remains family and management owned. It serves a diverse clientele of more than 15,000 businesses, spanning body shops, aircraft maintenance companies, boat manufacturers and beyond.
