Local Investor Purchases Downtowner Loop North Property

A local investor has purchased a 4,649-ft² building at 4208 Downtowner Loop North for $282,500, according to Robert Cook of Vallas Realty. The building is currently occupied by the Read-Write Learning Center, and the center will continue to be the tenant. Hanna Millette of SVN Toomey Advisors represented the buyer, and Robert Cook of Vallas represented the Seller.
