Local NAIOP Chapter Now CREDA Gulf Coast

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) has officially become the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA), a name intended to better reflect the breadth of today’s industry, from multifamily and retail to logistics, industrial, office and mixed-use projects. The local chapter is now known as CREDA Gulf Coast. “Across the Gulf Coast and throughout the country, we continue to represent the developers, owners, and investors shaping communities and creating opportunities for growth. Our commitment remains the sameadvancing the industry through advocacy, education, research and meaningful connections,” the association said. Membership benefits remain the same, with the same events, networking opportunities, education, advocacy and industry resources now under the CREDA name.
