MAAS Snacks & Quacks Leases Saraland Storefront

Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. has announced the successful lease of the 3,500-ft2 retail property at 205 Saraland Boulevard in Saraland. John M. Delchamps, associate broker, represented both the landlord and tenant in completing this transaction. Formerly known as MAAS Treats & Treasures, the family- and veteran-owned business is rebranding as MAAS Snacks & Quacks and relocating from its Shelton Beach Road location to a larger space in Saraland. MAAS Snacks & Quacks offers treats, including freeze-dried candy, fruit-shaped pastries, fruit-shaped ice creams, candy grapes and other unique confections. Customers can also shop for a variety of duck- and Jeep-themed merchandise with the store’s beloved mascot, Goose, making special appearances throughout the year.
