Magnolia Soap And Bath Leases Pinebrook Shopping Center Space
Magnolia Soap and Bath Co. has leased 1,200 ft2 in the Pinebrook Shopping Center on the corner of Airport Boulevard and McGregor Avenue in Mobile. Magnolia Soap will relocate to this space sometime at the end of the year. Jay O’Brien, senior advisor for Stirling Properties, represented the tenant, and Brittain Youngblood of Youngblood Real Estate represented the landlord.
