In Orange Beach, developers are seeking to rezone 45 acres from single-family to a planned unit development for a 76-lot single-family subdivision with piers and boat slips on Bay La Launch, according to city planning. The Oak Shores property is at the northwest corner of Canal Road and Sampson Avenue.
