The building is occupied by Foley Clinic and Premier Day Spa & Salon. Andrea Torbert of Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty worked for the buyer. Additionally, South Foley Paintball is to be developed on more than 3 acres at 8153 Highway 59 in Foley, according to planning records. In Saraland, Nixon Power Services has leased 5,000 ft2 of office and warehouse space at 124 Industrial Parkway, according to Josh W. Hall and Pete Riehm of CRE Mobile, who represented the landlord. Nixon designs, installs and services power systems and is among the world’s largest distributors of Kohler industrial generators. In Orange Beach, developers are seeking to rezone 45 acres from single-family to a planned unit development for a 76-lot single-family subdivision with piers and boat slips on Bay La Launch, according to city planning. The Oak Shores property is at the northwest corner of Canal Road and Sampson Avenue. In Downtown Mobile, Schatzman Enterprises has leased 1,200 ft2 at 216 St. Michael Street, according to Marietta Urquhart and Jamie Ison of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlords.
