Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. has announced the sale of what it calls “a rare industrial property” composed of 68,376 ft2 of office and storage buildings with pole barns at 26532 Railroad Avenue in Loxley. Pratt Thomas, CCIM, of Merrill P. Thomas, represented the seller in the transaction, while Steadman Bethea of Stirling Properties represented the buyer. The property will continue to be occupied by K & G Industrial Services, a national company operating in 35 states. K & G Industrial Services specializes in refractory and industrial maintenance services, bringing decades of combined experience focused on improving customer efficiency and reliability. The company serves clients in the cement and lime, pulp and paper, chemical, and utility sectors throughout the U.S.
