Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. has announced the sale of a 3,200-ft2 office/warehouse on 2.6 acres at 31153 Stagecoach Road in Spanish Fort. Pratt Thomas of Merrill P Thomas Co., Inc. represented seller Thomas Investment Properties, LLC, and Bowen Weir of B4 Properties, LLC represented buyer GCO SF, LLC. The new owner, GCO SF, provides landscape supplies, bulk materials and fertilizers for both homeowners and landscaping professionals. The company offers products and services designed for municipality, golf course and turf professionals to enhance outdoor spaces.
