John M. Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc., represented the seller (a local investor) and buyer (an investor from Pensacola) with the sale of the 11,000-ft2 building at 5791 Swedetown Road North in Theodore. It is divided into three units (two small and one large) with access to Government Boulevard and Swedetown Road. The new owner plans to renovate and lease the building.
