Woodpecker Landing is planned for County Road 54 west of Hill Road near Silverhill. The 15-lot subdivision will sit on more than11 acres, according to the Baldwin County Planning & Zoning Department. Finally, a 125-site RV Park called Emerald Coast Resort is planned on 33 acres on County Road 65 north of Dairy Lane near Foley.
