John M. Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. represented both the seller and buyer in the sale of 1700 Midway Avenue in Mobile for $599,000. This 16,000-ft² warehouse was sold to Port City Floats, LLC (PCF) from a private seller. PCF is a family-run business founded in May 2020 that is fully immersed in the culture of Mardi Gras. PCF offers float rentals throughout the year and for Mardi Gras events, providing customers with a spacious location to rent storage for their floats and offering indoor/outdoor workspaces to build floats in a relaxing atmosphere.
