Mobile Area Real Estate Updates For January

The Mobile Area Association of REALTORS Gulf Coast Multiple Listing Service reported a median sold price of $200,000 in January 2023. List-to-sold price percentage has increased by 0.16% compared to December 2022, and months of inventory has decreased to 1.68. The area also saw an increase in the median days on market to 29 days, which is a 26.09% increase compared to last month.
