Mobile February Housing Report

The Mobile Area Association of REALTORS Gulf Coast Multiple Listing Service reports a median sold price of $209,500 in February, which is an increase of 4.75% compared to January. List to sold price percentage has decreased by 0.71% compared to January, and months of inventory has decreased by 12.22% to 1.58. The figure for median days on market is the same as January at 29 days.
