Mobile Office/Warehouse Property Sold

MOBILE, Ala. — Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. represented both the seller (JMZ Realty, LLC) and buyer (Arena Fire Protection) in the sale of a 15,000-ft2 office/warehouse building situated on approximately 2.69 acres at 10023 Lifeline Court in Mobile. Arena Fire Protection also purchased the two lots adjoining, bringing the overall land to 5.15 acres. The company is relocating its headquarters to Mobile.
