Mobile Real Estate End-Of-Year Update

The Mobile Area Association of Realtors reported an increase in the average days on the market from 26 to 34 in comparison to 2021. Mobile also saw an increase of the average selling price by 7%, with the average price being $243,660 in 2022 and $227,820 in 2021. There was a decrease of 10% in new listings. There was also a decrease of the sold listings in 2022 by 15%, with only 5,246 sold in 2022 compared to 6,146 in 2021.
