New Owners For REMAX By The Bay

REMAX by the Bay has announced the transition to new local ownership by Chris and Kristy LaFroscia. Kristy LaFroscia brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as a Realtor, became a broker’s assistant and returned to being a Realtor several years ago. Kristy will lead the day-to-day operations of the firm, while Chris will provide financial and operational support as he continues his career as a geotechnical engineer with a local firm. REMAX by the Bay was established in 2004 by Paige Moore, who served as owner and broker for more than two decades, guiding buyers and sellers through the Eastern Shore and Mobile Bay real estate markets. The brokerage will retain its experienced agents and name. Barbara Rogers, a longtime member of the RE/MAX by the Bay team, will serve as its qualifying broker.
