According to AL.com, Gameday Men’s Health has leased 2,126 ft2 of space in the newly developed M&A Center at 1703 Highway 98 in Daphne, according to Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. Dell McCraney of CARR worked for the tenant. The men’s clinic is scheduled to open in early 2025. A local investor paid $240,000 for 1.93 acres on Renaissance Boulevard in Daphne, according to Dobbson Vickers of White-Spunner Realty. The property will be developed as additional space for Kia of Daphne. A local investor paid $425,000 for 0.68 acres at 2560 Old Shell Road in Mobile, according to Marietta Urquhart and Jamie Ison of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the buyer. Robert Cook of Vallas Realty worked for the seller. United Water Restoration Group of Mobile has leased 1,375 ft2 at 25476 Friendship Road in Daphne, according to Chris Harle and Leigh Dale Younce of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord. Expressway Business Park is to be developed on 2.6 acres on Commercial Park Drive in Orange Beach. Plans call for six office buildings to be built in the commercial park.
