Old Shell Road Property Leased To Atlanta Restaurant

Mike Reid, director of Brokerage Services at Merrill P. Thomas Co. Inc., recently secured a lease for 4,000 ft2 for Unit No. 16 at the Spring Hill Shopping Center at 4356 Old Shell Road, for the Flying Biscuit Café. The listing agent was Robert Cook of Vallas Realty, and Reid was the tenant agent. The café originally opened on Atlanta’s east side in 1993 and has since grown into a regional institution, expanding to 34 locations across Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee and Texas. The restaurant offers a Southern-inspired menu of comfort food made with fresh ingredients and is known for its signature grits and biscuits.
