Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. represented the buyers in the purchase of 2657 Old Shell Road for $155,000. The property, located in Midtown Mobile, is on the corner of Old Shell Road and Mobile Street and is located across the street from UMS-Wright Preparatory School.
