Providence Park Shopping Center Fully Leased

MOBILE, Ala. — Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co. in Mobile, recently leased the 1,500-ft2 unit (previously Magnolia Classics) at Providence Plaza Shopping Center at 6601 Airport Boulevard, Unit B in Mobile. The new tenant will offer the community “hair and other personal care services” in the newly renovated salon. Additionally, Thomas also recently leased the 1,850-ft2 restaurant (previously Montego’s) located at 6601 Airport Blvd, Unit C to a “regionally acclaimed” restaurant. Both tenants have asked to have their names withheld but are planning grand openings.
