According to AL.com, Trident Holdings, LLC, paid $950,000 for a 1.46-acre site at the Palms of Foley at 3201 South McKenzie Street in Foley and plans to build a Captain D’s Seafood Kitchen, according to Andrew Dickman of Stirling Properties, who handled the transaction. Also in Foley, local park operators paid $925,000 for two mobile home parks, according to Alla Nikitina of Ryals Realty, who represented the buyers. The Pelican at 410 Hamilton Boulevard and Blueberry off Baldwin County 10 and Helton Drive were purchased by Perdido Beach Holdings, a Ryals Cos. affiliate. Doug Jacobs of Doug Jacobs Real Estate represented the seller. In Orange Beach, developers are seeking site plan review for a mixed-use project at 4443 and 4459 Captain Trent Lane, according to the Orange Beach Planning Commission.

In Downtown Mobile, over the Moon Bridal Boutique will open later this year in 1,100 ft2 of leased space at 359 St. Francis Street, according to Allan R. Cameron, Jr. and William Peebles of CRE Mobile, who handled the transaction. Also in Mobile, Griggs Cool Stuff, an antique store, has opened in 20,000 ft2 at 1616 West I-65 Service Road, according to Buff Teague of JLL. In Chickasaw, Redbird Transportation and Logistics Corp. has leased a 150,000-ft2 distribution center at 1700 North Craft Highway, according to Nathan Handmacher of Stirling, who represented the landlord. Jordan Ketchens of Rubicon Representation worked for the tenant. In Saraland, local investors paid $265,000 for a fully leased strip center with five office and retail tenants at 207 Shelton Beach Road, according to Sharon Wright and Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the seller. Gulfbelt Properties worked for the buyers.
